UX Designs provides business communication systems that help you respond faster, stay organized, and save time.
We want you to understand what you, as a visitor, and UX Designs are each responsible for, and we want you to know what you can and can't expect from our services. This page explains how our website, information, and services are meant to be used, along with a few important things you should know before relying on them.
We provide recommendations based on our experience and observations. Our services are not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
Examples are examples, testimonials describe someone else's experience, and case studies report a specific situation. Results may vary based on individual effort, business model, and market conditions.
We provide AI-supported systems, not autonomous AI that replaces human judgment. We celebrate a human's capacity to observe, think, weigh information, and decide for themselves – rather than surrendering all that, simply because AI produced an answer.
UX Designs doesn't want to sell other people's stuff, but occasionally (if we really think it might be helpful) we'll recommend a trusted product or service that we've used. It could be through an affiliate program, and if they have one, why not accept a small thank you?
If we link to another website, we're sharing a resource, not taking responsibility for everything on it.
We provide a fresh perspective for the impression your online presence creates, measure what's happening, and recommend improvements that support your business goals and the outcome you want to achieve. If the initial results aren't what we expected, we'll review what we've learned, discuss possible adjustments, and make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original project.
We'll do our part, but there are variables neither of us can control. If additional work, customization, or revisions fall outside the original scope of the project, we'll explain the options and obtain your approval before proceeding.
